In Great Britain, no less. I guess the Founding Fathers had to send a copy to the King, in which I never would have thought a copy would survive.

Heck ... make a few copies, send it over to the Congress. Put a few in the restroom, give them a GOOD read while on the head. They obviolisly aren't reading the crap their signing into bill.

A federation is the central government. The states in a federation also maintain all political sovereignty that they do not yield to the federation.
