Pelosi's answer to Constitutionality question?

When asked where Congress gets the authority to mandate purchasing health insurance--a mandate included in both house and senate versions of the bill--her answer is "Are you serious? Are you serious?"

Her press spokesman later said "You can put this on record. That is not a serious question. That is not a serious question."

Later, they bring up the "Interstate Commerce" clause but, at least with the current supreme court, I doubt that would pass muster. (Once Obama gets a chance to replace one or more of the less liberal judges, all bets are off.)
