As much as I would like to have a firearm with me at work I don't think it is .gov's business to mandate permission on private property.

We went to Disney World about seven years ago, to let our granddaughter meet Mickey. I carried my handgun on their property for three days,,, My wife had a fit and said I would be kicked out the first day when we went into the park. She was the only one that every knew I carried it, that is why they call it concealed carry!

What they're mandating is that the property owner does not have the right to control other people's private property or their right to self defense on the way to or from their property. If they are allowed to control what you have in your car while it's parked on their lot, then a Dem property owner could sanction or fire you for having Ron Paul, John McCain, or any other politician's material in your car also, thereby controlling your right of free speech and right of political speech. An atheist property owner could likewise disallow you from having a bible or a cross in your car.

As I see it, their private property is no more nor less important than yours; it's just that yours is mobile and theirs is in a fixed location.

Blessings,
B

If I was disney, I'd be more concerned about visitors who show up for "gay day" than I would about those who may carry concealed. I'd bet more kids fall victim to pedophiles, than to lawful gun-owners.

While I agree that we lawful gun owners are no threat to the kids, I think that we should refrain from stereotyping, esp. with the stats I've seen that the majority of pedophiles and child molesters are heterosexual.

Additionally, there are organizations like Pink Pistols in which there are lawful gun owners who happen to be homosexual as well (or vice versa)

Blessings,
B

True. Pedophiles are PERVERTS! Period. They abuse kids for their own pleasure. Some say they are "sick" and can't help themselves. BULL!!! They are selfish, self-serving, FREAKS, who use kids to satisfy their own pleasure and have NO concern for thier victims.
I totally disagree with SCOTUS on this one. They SHOULD receive the DEATH penalty! Even if the child lives, the "child" spirit is dead and they will suffer for the rest of their lives - forever changed, destroyed by anothers selfish pleasure.

Absolutely. If you walk into my yard with anything i don't like and I ask you to leave. You are obligated to leave period. Be it bible, manifesto or a spongebob video. You can't do whatever you want on somebody else's property and have it covered by free speech. Holding a Ron Paul sign in the road in front of my place is free speech. Holding it in my yard against my expressed wishes is trespassing.

I like my guns. I like to take my guns places. But I have no Constitutional right to have a gun in your Kitchen if you don't want me to. Hell I can't even be in there without a gun if you don't want me to.
