2011 Goals

With matches in the various areas kicking off, what are your shooting/action sports goals for 2011?

and maybe get the B card in Production. I'm close, but I didn't practice like I should have over the winter. However, I have tons of time to dry fire since I have no current commitments

To hit as many of the USPSA matches my wife will let me Hopefully more than the one I got to last year before kid #2 came along. So my goals are set low and reachable.

To get classified in IDPA ESP.
To start shooting IDPA DMG.
To go to the state match.
To start shooting USPSA steel challenge.

I will shoot an IDPA match in the near future. Steel Challenge is fun. Sorry that there are no USPSA matches on Saturday for you Dom.

Thanks for feeling my pain Mike. I helps when someone understands <wipes away a imaginary tear>.

On the upside, I now have 7 days a week access to a private range, 30 seconds out my back door.

This will be my first year shooting competitions. I am looking forward to an enjoyable experience, meeting some good people (I already have), and improving and adding to my skill set.

I figure I will make "B" in SS and Limited pretty quickly, may add L10 to the mix and might toy with the idea of building an Open upper for my G35.

I seem to be moving around more than up, kinda like my gut...

I want to shoot more 3 gun and IDPA matches. As long as they don't interfere with USPSA. I'd like to move up a class but I've still got a long way to go to get to A and well there's the whole I've never shot an A class classifier thingy......

Currently I am on my "dwell" time here at the House and not allowed to be deployed for 3 years...

In Production, the M&P is well represented by Barrn (Byron) and the XD by EatMeerkats (Chun-Yu).

My fellow Glockers and I do our best to beat them but it's never easy

I am hoping to attend an Appleseed event this year, hopefully one in Wabash. I also would like to try my hand at a bowling pin shoot, and/or a Friday Night Steel at MCFG.
