WVPPS April Match

Just wanted to get the jump on April. We will be shooting on Saturday April 19, 2014. We will be signing people up for the 2014 point series at the April and May matches. Cost is $25 and it give you a chance for a gun.

We will be starting set up at 8am and as always any and all help is appreciated. Registration will open at 9:30 and close at 10:40 am. Shooters meeting at 10:45 and first shot at 11 am.

Round count will be about 135. Classifier is undecided at this time.

what do you think the weather will be like in three weeks?
I am going to amend some ground rules, and institute a pool on who can come closest to posting what the correct weather will be at a match
-everyone throws in $5
-you have to have your guess by 1 week before the match
-you have to post it at least twice
-you have to have at least 200 words in your post talking about it, or a "remember when" story related to weather
-links to the weather channel or similar sites are strictly forbidden
-any discussion about actual shooting in your post is strictly forbidden
-and while there cannot be bonus points added, it is highly encourage to post weather related video or pictures in your post as well

Remember that match that one time where it started to rain, but then it didn't, but then it did and we had to paste target in the rain, and well that kind of is crappy, but it beats working any day

Well I just figured that since talking about the weather instead of shooting and matches seems to be more popular for some we might as well make it sporting and throw some money in there

I am working right now on setting up weather classifications based on
-using the farmers almanac
-using online weather resources
-reading tarot cards
-using the patterns of birds
-reading tree leaves
-if you have a sore knee, elbow or other body part
