These are my goals, in random order. They might be similar to yours as well:

    1. Win a stage (at least monthly after the first "win").
    2. Move up a classification (or stretch goal: start higher in another division than original first classification)
    3. Help with set-up and tear-down the day of event.
    4. Strive for a “clean match” – no mikes or procedures.
    5. Help promote and assist new shooters.
    6. Participate in at least two Major State or Area Matches.
    7. Finish each Match without equipment issues.
    8. Don’t be the Debbie Downer about the weather.
    9. Focus, focus, focus – it’s all mental prep.
    10. Study the Classifiers ahead of time.
    11. Thank the set-up crews of the other clubs for their stage designs and hard work.
    12. Design a stage that’s used in a Match.
    13. Start using a logbook to jot down stage notes.
    14. Study the “GM’s” and “M’s” for what works and get rid of what does not.
    15. Help paste and keep score.
    16. Improve on lost points, higher scores (less charlies & deltas).
    17. Take part of a training class or book read to improve.
    18. Don't get DQ'ed.
    19. More to come……

Don't worry about stages wins, focus on being consistent thru the whole match, one stage win doesn't mean crap if you bomb three other stages
    2. Move up a classification (or stretch goal: start higher in another division than original first classification)
Don't try to hero or zero classifiers, shot classifier stages the same way you shoot each stage, let your classification come, don't try to get to a certain level
    3. Help with set-up and tear-down the day of event.
Always great, plus you get to look at stages early and get some plans started before hand
    4. Strive for a “clean match” – no mikes or procedures
Instead of saying this whole match I am going to be clean, do this for each stage, that should you goal for each stage, to see what you need to on each target to ensure your hits
    5. Help promote and assist new shooters.
    learn and share
    6. Participate in at least two Major State or Area Matches.
    Sign up now!!
    7. Finish each Match without equipment issues.
this starts before the match at the reloading bench and ensuring that your gear is right before you get to a match
    8. Don’t be the Debbie Downer about the weather.is
it is going to get hot, it is going to rain, it is going to be humid, we shoot out doors, no one can do a damn thing about it, if you don't take up bowling, it is climate controlled
    9. Focus, focus, focus – it’s all mental prep.
    BINGO
    10. Study the Classifiers ahead of time.
It is just another stage, shoot it like any other stage, don't let it psyche you out, don't set an expectation on how fast or how many points or hit factor, just shoot it and let it happen
    11. Thank the set-up crews of the other clubs for their stage designs and hard work.
    12. Design a stage that’s used in a Match
Always appreciated, don't get bummed if it is not used, or changed
    13. Start using a logbook to jot down stage notes.
    14. Study the “GM’s” and “M’s” for what works and get rid of what does not.
ask questions, epsecially about why they did something that you didn't see or think of
    15. Help paste and keep score.
    16. Improve on lost points, higher scores (less charlies & deltas)
don't slow down, learn to see what you need to see to get your hits at speed
    17. Take part of a training class or book read to improve.
Always a good thing, get with Coach
    18. Don't get DQ'ed.
know the rules and play with in them and push when you can push
    19. More to come……

    Just a few thoughts
