 | 2009 IL Section Match Coach, Chun Yu and I headed over to Milan Illinois to shoot the Ill Section Match. We left Coach's house at 2am Saturday morning, I would have Chun Yu give you the details of the drive over, but he only managed to be awake for 5 minutes of the 5 hour drive, and those 5 minutes were not in a row either. We got there in plenty of time, met up with Steve Wright and then squadded up. This was the first time at this range, and it was pretty nice. They had alot of rain the couple of days before the match so there was some mud. They also had a couple of spots that were blocked off so you would not step in them. Since we forgot our rope we decided not to try and see how deep we could go. But from what I understand there is a chunky kid still missing. 10 stages, pretty much a speed match. Here is video of Coach and me shooting the match. Still need to get Chun yu's together
