Be careful about underground tanks unless you plan on never selling your home. You are required to disclose their existance when you sell, and if you don't, you are liable for any and all environmental damage a leak would cause, forever !!!!!!! EPA can come snooping without warning, if they get wind you have one.

This weekend, I just cut 3 more cords of wood. I have yet to split it, but this is going to be 2009-10 wood. This year's wood was cut in the spring of 2007.

Bought some more .223 brass (1500)
1 and 6 gallon mylar bags with O2 absorbers. Time to pack some more buckets.

Wife and I both did some chicken about a week ago. We are looking at doing another batch maybe next week. Hope the garden turns out more beans than we can eat soon.

I picked up two of these: Aqua-Tainer 7G/26L from Reliance Products at Wally World for $8.88. Pretty neat water container, with integrated spigot. If you turn the container 90 degrees, they stack. Looks like two high would be fine with water in them. I wouldn't go higher.

I have 2 of them that I use to store water in while we are camping. They work really good, like the fact that they have a spigot to dispense from.

I think I'm gonna get two more and use all 4 in the basement for emergency water. I need to find the correct bleach amount for 7 gallons. I've got that somewhere. I also picked up some pure Pool Shock. This can be added to water to make bleach and then used to purify water. It doesn't break down in a year or two, like bleach, while in powder form.
