Team concept, work together, one for all and all for one, are all bull that managers, forman, and other lazy bums who don't want to do it for themselves shout when they realize something they want for their self isn't going to happen with out some real work getting done.

People who know how to do it and aren't afraid of a little effort just do it, people you can rely on just pitch in, people who say "Just call me if you need anything, I'll be glad to help." can go pound sand. They'll need something some day and they can "team work" it will all ten of their own fingers.
