   | Hang on a minute folks ......... Steve put many years of effort into those manuals, and a few months ago, some idiot caused some serious issues with the hosts server, by downloading virtually all of the data there was.. (as I understand it).. Steve took all those manuals off line for months before deciding to put them back up. Please use what you need, consider donating what you would have been willing to pay for those manuals, and remember how much effort went into a FREE resource ..... there aren't many of those left anymore.
