Yeah. That is what I was referring to in my post.
Too many people have been programmed to believe that only one Milita exists and that is the National Guard. (By the anti-gun crowd)
And that unless sanctioned by the government, any other Militia is not legal, so not allowed to exist.

As you said WE are the Militia! (Except those not allowed by law - criminals and mentallly unstable - to own/possess guns)

If I read the US Title Code correctly than in a few years I am to old to be a member of the militia.

INDIANA ARTICLE 12.

Militia.
Section 1. A militia shall be provided and shall consist of all persons
over the age of seventeen (17) years, except those persons who may be
exempted by the laws of the United States or of this state. The militia
may be divided into active and inactive classes and consist of such
military organizations as may be provided by law.

Yeah. Me too. Also there is that gender discrimination thing.
Both of those need to be changed.

It says persons not males.
