Indiana - Law of Self Defense

O-Zone Training Group is hosting a “Law of Self Defense LEVEL 1 Class: Indiana” on Saturday, March 4, 2017. This 7-hour class teaches you how to best position yourself to win the legal fight after you’ve had to use physical force to defend yourself, your family, or your property. (CLE is available for attorneys.)
Based on Actual Law: The class is illustrated with Indiana-specific self-defense statutes, jury instructions, and court decisions, not just anecdotes from news articles or gun magazines. You can have confidence that what you learn is based on actual Indiana law.
Insight into Legal System: Ever wonder how it is that prosecutors come to decide to bring charges, or not? This class teaches you the specific factors and drivers prosecutors use to determine whether you are a vulnerable target of prosecution or whether to kick you free of the criminal justice system. Learn exactly what a prosecutor needs to do to overcome your claim of self-defense. With this knowledge you can greatly reduce your risk of prosecution.
Legally-sound Tactics: You will learn how to evaluate your tactical options in terms of how they will effect your ability to win both the physical fight and the legal fight. Does a particular tactic strengthen your legal claim of self-defense? Does it weaken it?
