I took this class in 2005. It's was the hardest class I have taken, and probably the only class that I have taken (Farnam, Ayoob, Givens, Rogers, Awerbuck, TDI, Tarani, etc.) that actually taught me what I need to know stay alive. To use the cliche "it's a paradigm shift."

Well, the weekend is over, and I'm back at work enduring the funny looks from the welts of sims, and the goat drill mark on the forehead

guess people just don't understand the need to pay someone to hit you.

It was a great class, great students, and very physical. I'm pretty burned out and sore after playing meat puppet for the instructors all weekend and taking the class. I think everyone walked away with a whole new understanding of how the fight can turn quickly, and the need for more than just gun skills.

I'll be writing a more formal AAR in the next day or two after my brain and body have had a chance to recover.

We will be bringing Southnarc back again, so keep your eyes open for some really cool course offerings soon.
