Having worked in the IDOC for several years, I came to the realization that not all convicted persons are "Jeffery Dahmer-pedophile-drug dealing scum". Im not naive enough to think they are innocent but some people just do DUMB stuff and they pay for it .

I like this. The tricky part, of course, is knowing when to use it.
