I've got 2 people from the club going there in the next couple weeks, I will get a real report, not a I heard this guy say another guy he heard talking from a overheard conversation that a guy told me about report.

Lets get fact not bash or glorify the place on hearsay

Let see i have had dealings with over 20 of there previous students.
I have a friend very close on whom has been there.

have them base it off there pervious training history as well.
the shooting training inst bad they dont teach a lot of progressive thinking on fighting and several classes my friends were at were not given very good attn or help from isnt due to the amount of shooters in class.

I was also given be a teacher here thing years ago
I had to pay my way to each class. and more........ no thanks.

I am tallying up the cost of this stuff in my head and it only comes out to about $800 if you bought it separately (-training). The training looks similar to what you can get from the Boone Co Sherriff for a couple of hundred bucks. So, to me it looks like he is probably breaking even on the stuff just to get you out there for a "timeshare" sales pitch.

On another note, I saw that the US Concealed Carry Association guy Tim Schmidt is endorsing him. He is always trying to get you to buy some book or course or something on his site and in his emails. You also have to join the USCCA for $48/year (i think) to even get access to their forums. I kinda lost respect for him when he talked about how he never leaves home without his .22 pistol. INGO is much better.

i hafta laugh at all the folks bashing frontsight! none of whom seem to have ever been there. what a joke! speaking as one who DID attend the 4 day defensive hangun course w/ my 16 y/o daughter and wife, it was FANTASTIC! four 10 hour days of careful instruction by proficient instructors who took the time to work w/ each of us. best $$ we ever spent on firearms training. they OVER deliver. comfort and skill at arms. you remind me of literary critics - who never bothered to read the damn book. we are each trying to manage the issues to become LIFE members. peace, crazzy

and also, front sight has doubled in size every year for the past 10 years. gee, that sure sounds like a place that fails to please. That was the Gist of my comments exactly, Everybody boo'd before they had even heard of one eye witness.

Here's the listening lesson for today, I'm hearing things from an unconfirmed (no offense) first hand experience, there fore I can only make judgments on what info is here not what I read into the advertisement. Or a friend of a friend said.

Crazzy glad you had a good experience I've got another couple heading there in a few weeks, I will also post their experience when I get it but even then you can only take what I post as second hand info

marksman, thanks for YOUR objectivity. my feedback is FIRST HAND! the only thing holding us back is the trip. even tho airfare and hotel and car in LV are cheaper than probably anywhere in the states, we still needed to devote a day on each end of the 4 day course for travel and 'adjustments'. i'd be glad to respond to any serious inquiries regarding logistics - getting your arms and ammo out there, etc. peace, crazzy

I don't think that anybody was really questioning the training. The question was whether we'd want to be involved with a guy like Piazza? Can you shed any light on all the legal "issues" he's tied up in? allegations of fraud and whatnot?
