  | About 50 rounds though the .22 rifle and another 50 through the .40. It was really just to blow off some steam, and to go to the range because its been over a week.

| Dry fire with G19, working draw stroke and mag changes into the session. Then did a bunch of AK mag changes, standing, kneeling, and prone. Finshed with application of stick and cravat tourniquet, one handed TK4 application, and one handed H bandage application-weak hand. |
