 | NRA Basic Pistol - October - Indianapolis Indy Gun Safety will be offering the NRA's Basic Pistol Course on October 24th & 25th at our facility near downtown. This course is perfect for anyone who has never taken formal handgun training. The course teaches the basics of SAFE ownership, use, cleaning and storage of a handgun and ammunition. The marksmanship skills taught in the course are an excellent foundation to build upon. You do not need to own a handgun to take this course. We will provide everything. If you do have a handgun, you are encouraged to use it during the course. Students will get experience handling, loading, firing, unloading, and clearing a wide variety of handguns. $100 per person, $175 for 2. (Save $25!)
