You flatly will not regret it. There is no substitute for training and Shay is a top notch instructor with a great training plan to boot.

You would get a lot out of the Dynamic Force on Force Scenarios class.

I'm in the process of scheduling my classes through the middle of 2010. I'll have them (and a completely new website) posted soon.
