  | Speedway area PT - any takers? ***Note*** Not sure if this post is in the right section. I consider physical training to be an excellent tactic for self defense and competition. Hence the placement in Training & Tactics. ***Note*** Well, I'm sitting here marvelling at my horizontal enhancedededness that I've acquired over the last two years and thought about starting some cardio this week. Then another brilliant idea - "Maybe there are other horizontally enhancedededed folks that would like to join in the fun." I'm open to ideas, but would like to keep things centered around a facility that is open to the public and free of charge (other than state or property taxes). This allows those that don't want to shell out beaucoup bucks for a membership to Mega Gym to join us as well. Otherwise, i'll just start pounding pavement around my neighborhood. whatcha think? |
