![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | My fiancee also had the well-done bug. I broke her of that and now she enjoys wonderful tasting Medium steaks. I really enjoy cooking and have talked with many Chefs at various restaurants. Chefs LOVE people like you. They can finally get rid of their crappy meat and no one will know. There is a reason that they call in a steak well done as "burn it". |
