This is in a hospital and its a physical therapy device. They make you drink large amounts of water. You stand facing the corner and twist left or right. You have to piss in each urinal for 3 seconds at a time. This helps after prostate surgery. You have to stop your stream each time and without moving your feet twist to the next urinal. When you can do this without "spilling" then it's ok for you to go home.

Guess it could be for those 2 headed snakes...

Or maybe its in a bar and they give you a choice of running in to pee with or without having to turn depending on how drunk you are or how fast you are running in to pee???? Or if you're seeing double it's easier not to miss???
