We ran by Walmart to get some ammo for Atterbury. We happened to be picking up some first-aid supplies to replenish our kit at the same time. The guy at the register gave me a decidedly strange look when I dumped a basket full of bandages and antibiotic ointment next to the ammunition boxes.
