What would that "something" be?

When I was 13, I set my left shin, shorts, and part of the basement on fire while my parents were napping. It left mark for almost a year. I had to wear pants all the time so that they did not notice it. (I was very quick on the fire suppression - only two bath towels destroyed).

Anyways, I did not do it by drinking games, but was testing a heat shield for a home made shoulder fired rocket launcher (oh, the things kids are no longer allowed to do without legal action). So, I guess I do not feel as stupid as these guys.

But I will say, when a flaming can of fuel tips over, your day changes in a heartbeat!

My freshmen year of high school I had a little "incident" in my Intro to Physical Science class.

We each had a bunson (sp?) burner to use for class. I couldn't resist screwing with the flame and accidentally set fire to a jacket I was wearing. Luckily my lab partner was paying attention and doused me with water. Close call.

I have found that the best course of action when you suddenly catch fire is to scream, screaming ALWAYS helps. The order of actions is important, so remember this. Next, you should panic. Panicking helps ANY situation. Finally, and only properly trained persons should attempt this step, you combine steps 1 and 2 while running around. Only someone that knows what they are doing should attempt to scream and panic while running around.

I guess I have a different take. At no time have I thought that it was a good idea to drink something that you COULD set on fire.

Drinking Rule #1. Don't drink anything that you can read the newspaper through or that will burn.

Personal experience taught me that the clear stuff, while it may not set you on fire, can lead directly to serious parking-lot scuffs on your face!
