Jerry Reed....R.I.P.

Jerry Reed, most underrated performer, has left us.

I catch some of his old country shows on RFD TV sometimes, and he was brilliant. And I don't particularly care for country music.

A pretty good actor, too. Great as the coach in The Waterboy, and great in Smokey and the Bandit.

Underrated, in my opinion.

I sure hope the Snowman's 10-20 is upstairs! I will miss him.

The man was a fantastic guitar player. He had some good jobs too ... even got to play with Elvis.

My favorite of his roles was as the hitman in "Survivors."
