As far as the Rijbak, unfortunately it has been discontinued by Blade-Tech. Too bad because it truly is a fine, tough blade. Framelock w/ G-10 scales on both sides (not just the off side as with most framelocks, i.e. Striders), S30V blade w/ top swedge (hardness at 58 rockwell), great edge holding, very smoooth action.

You can find them used of fleabay, bladeforums.com and the USN. They run around $175 in mint condition or $125-$150 gently used. Well worth the greenbacks. And no, mine is not for sale.

I carry a Gerber Evo right now. I use to carry high dollar knives but after loosing acouple I went back to carry knives that range from $5-$30.

I carry a Benchmade Stryker Auto Tanto as my daily carry, and a Dark Ops Knives something or other at work.

I carry a gerber rescue knife 99% of the time but i also carry tye spyderco civilian it has a really nasty blade and they state that if it use for anything other than self-defense the waranty is void
