  | SOG Trident Pocket Clip... Just read on SOG's website that they'll replace broken pocket clips for free. All that is required is a name, model of the knife and an address. I just emailed them, we'll see if this happens or how long it will take. Anyone have experience with their customer service? Think I'll be waiting long?
