   | You should be well into your aerobic exercising by now. You'll need it for hiking and other marriage consummating activities. Seriously. And, use plenty of sunscreen. The sun is very direct and intense on the skin down there. I remember being amazed at how it feels like it crawls on you. I still have red dots on my left arm from my 5 days there. My left arm was the arm that I rested/hung on the driver's door, and it got the most sun. I don't burn, really. Just got the very tiny red dots.
