   | Hunting from a "Permanent Structure" I've always been under the impression that you were NOT allowed to hunt from a "permanent structure". Someone else tells me the law reads no hunting from a permanent structure "on DNR/state property". The question arose because of a suggestion that I sit on the roof of a barn to get a vantage point to take a deer from a particular property. I told the person making the suggestion I thought that was an illegal move. I would LIKE to sit up there, but I want to be legal. Anyone know the LEGAL definition of this code? Or IS there such a code?
