I have a list of ranchers numbers in Wyoming you could call and ask. I know the one I antelope hunted on last season would let you, probably a few others in the area too. There is lots of BLM ground and Walk-in areas in Wyoming you could hit up too. Have to check the regs on those for prairie dogs though.

My bosses son went on a ranch last year....I thought in the Dakotas.
Run a search for Prarie dog hunting.....it should show something.
