Hunting at Atterbury-What's the Procedure?

I was planning on hunting at Atterbury tomorrow, but am finding I need to get permission and check in and what not. Can anyone help me out with this? This will be my first year hunting in Indiana altogether and any input would be greatly appreciated.

Theres also hunting down at the Jefferson Proving grounds in Madison. A bit more of a drive but I hear its not bad.
