![]() | FOUND! - Beretta M9 92F or 92FS frame or complete I'm building my own Beretta M9 from parts I've acquired. I already have an all black 92FS and Inox 92FS that I married up; however, I have acquired an additional M9 upper that I would like to put on a frame/receiver. I prefer the receiver that does not have the warning on the uper right side or that isn't for the 96 .40 model. I'm not looking for an M9A1 either with the rail. If you have an old 92 series that has a lot of wear or is inoperatable that rocks too as I can acquire the internals and misc parts needed. ![]() Thank you, Jeff Last edited by iujeffcpa; 02-08-2009 at 20:18. |

I want to get some work done, trigger tuned to a crisp 4 lbs. What springs do I need to do that? I all so found on Beretta's website adjustable rear sights. https://www.berettausa.com/e2wItemMa...336:3100001468 How hard to install these?

I almost picked one up just for spare parts. Was in the last row furthest wall in the room you exit from(I know that probably does not help). |

![]() | Beretta work! If you want to lighten up your trigger pull I would pick up a "92/96 "D" hammer spring -- This is Beretta Part number C99001 and is a true factory D spring." from David Olhasso his website is as follows: David Olhasso's Beretta Site If you don't already have a skelotonized hammer he has those "Elite II Hammer -- Bruniton (black) finish -- This is the cool looking skeletonized hammer" and this will take some of the weight out of the hammer and make it lighter as well. I would also check out the following sight: FREE Beretta 92FS Disassembly Guide - Please Donate I used this sight to do a deep clean on my two Beretta's and swap controls like in the picture above. The limitations of this site is that it does not show you how to strip the slide, so I figured it out through trial and error now I'm pretty good at it. As far as replacing the rear sight with an adjustable I would not do this unless you are going to use the gun for extreme accuracy and target shoot, but I would just change the rear sight to a three dot and keep it tacticool (your choice on this). I gues Trijicon will night sight your front if you send the slide to them. I bought some night sights and paid $50 to have the front sight pinned on as pictured below. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
