WTS/WTT quaker parrot

I have a family member that lives in kentucky, she bought this parrot in michigan while visiting family, she has only owned this bird 5 weeks, animal control knocked on her door told her she has 30 days to relocate the bird to another state or they would have no choice then to confescate the bird and destroy it and fine her $10,000.00 as they are illeagel in kentucky(stupid) anyway i drove down to pick it up. so i need to find a good home does not bite however at the moment is scared from the move. comes with cage and some food, the cage is 14x11x19 she purchased this bird for $275.00 and is only asking $200.00 for all.

i am willing to accept gun trades (pm me with offers) and i will reimberse her the money.

her name is emma, and the only one in our household that wants to keep emma is general stewie (my cat) LOL which that is why im coming to my fellow ingoers to see if anyone wants to help.

My two cats and Greyhound would love to have her, unfortunately that's the problem. Pretty bird though.
