It's looking better!! I was the catalyst of his change of heart, but I'd like to think it was a chain of events that helped him "see the light!"
I know he read EVERY POST on this thread. Laughed at a few, but took to heart some of the more productive comments.
Our friends were a huge influence. Talk about great timing!!! Having someone who was patient with his questions and concerns and who made shooting FUN was the big motivator.
Sadly, the events of the world made him think. There have been numerous break ins and assaults in the news, and his "trusty baseball bat" isn't enough protection anymore.
It's a slow process, but he is coming around. Purchasing the 870's is a great step! I LOVE IT! Thanks to all for the good wishes. Many blessings to all of you for your help and support.
So we are off to the range today. I'm going to get off of here to make a good old fashioned biscuits and gravy breakfast, and yes, I'll fry up some bacon, too!
