Order sent to B&B tonight so that he can confirm the total I came up with and the money transfer/holding issues. At this point I'm "loaning" some of you the money and moving my money from savings to PayPal so that we have all the funds in PayPal by 31 JAN 2013 so I can pay him. Those on "loan" I will just take your cash and put it back in my savings. I trust you 3 to not keep me hanging since I have talked to you personally already.

I'll update once again when I hear from him. But at this rate we will get our order in with his JAN purchase so by early MAR ya should have your bullets in your hands if all goes well.

UPDATE

Just got off the phone with B&B Reloading Supplies.
He did get our order on Thursday and tonight will be tallying it up along with all the other group buy order he has from the East Coast so we will be on the JAN order.

He will be sending me an email by Monday confirming our order total.
So your money is still with me either in PayPal or at ING Direct waiting to be moved to PayPal. Based on our comms it looks like I will be making the payment on 01 FEB 2013 to him for the entire order.

Also B&B Reloading Supplies is being re-organized and will be changing names in the next 3 to 6 months. Bryan (B&B RS) will be keeping the B&B website up and running for another 12 months but sometime in the next 6 months it will be a redirect to a new website under a new name.

He will continue to do the Berry product line but the powder/primer items will be under another person as the Berry bullets is a full time job for him now on top of his real full time job.

So if you visit the website don't freak out that it's missing or changed name. Still the same onwer but with more new partners. Biz is growing and it's good for him.

Those that paid via PayPal do you want you money back via PayPal? Those that gave cash/check I will have an envleope with your change when you pick up your bullets.

The reason for the slight drop in shipping is I failed to 2K in bullets from one of our members in the overall shipping count. So when adding those into the equation shipping went down for everyone. Some of you I was able to inform before you sent out payment. Others (see above) had already sent out payment.

@Clif45 your refund is bigger becuase I charged you incorrectly for your .40 bullets.

Now in terms of when we will get the bullets. MARCH I would suspect. It takes 4-6 weeks from order to to get to him and another week to get to us. He is placing the order this week.

See if I keep it and the IRS aduits me I'm going to have to report all the money as income + the expense of the actual group buy and the 0.15 PROFIT from this group buy. So by making sure I have $0.00 at the end of this group buy I rid myself of having to do any paperwork for this group buy. Thus why I did not want all of you sending me money via PayPal as PayPal now sends out 1099-Ks so that the IRS can match what you are making in PayPal with your taxes.

So all of you are getting your refund p-e-r-i-o-d so that I don't have to worry about dealing with any paperwork from this group buy. I learned with the HAM RADIO group buy to document, document, document all of it and keep a nice big papertrail.

Update - Wild Duece, Clif45, Bill B, debeerman, Ericwp, wagyu52 READ!!!

I just got a call from Bryan from B&B.
We did indeed make it to his JAN order which is at $287K at the moment and he expect it to grow to $325 before he places it.

HOWEVER, Berry Bullets called him about 1 hours ago with 2 items of bad news. Please sit down and remove any sharp objects from the area.


Orders will take 4 to 6 MONTHS to be fullfilled at this time. Even for orders of his size! If you attempt to order from Berry's direclty it will still take 4 to 6 months as well.

In addition a PDF is being sent to all Berry Bulk Buyers and will be on the Berry's website later today on the temporarily (read at least until fall 2013) production of certain calibers as they can NOT keep pace with production of the popular calibers.
