Just saw on FB via Indiana Moms Against Gun Control that our favorite busybody (Shannon Watts/MDA) will be collecting signatures at the Irvington Starbucks ( E washington & Audobon) tomorrow from 10-10:45A. I'll be there OCing for a cup of joe. Who's with me?

I live in the Irvington area.... I will be there with guns tomorrow! I will have already had a pot of coffee by then, but I can't resist a venti pike place and a cheesecake brownie (they are like crack!)

both just don't wear a stupid cop uniform!

I won't be in uniform, but it is hardly "stupid."

Since its for Ms. Watts, BOTH!

What time are you going sir? Coffee is on me. (I work 5 mins away. I'm flexible.)

I can be there at 10 if you are available. I'll be in my Charger because I have to head out to ILEA for PIT inservice.

I was able to pass through. Darn work...but anyhow, great group and it really shows her dedication to her own cause. As one would say "The proof is in the pudding"

    Should I OC my G22 or M&P 45?

To really answer that question, we need to know will you be in or out of uniform? If out, what color belt are you planning to wear? Shirt, shoes? Do you wear them in leather or kydex holsters?

These questions aren't as easy to answer as you might think at first glance!

Thanks to the guys who showed up and those who tried or wanted to. Had a half a dozen of us and we sat outside and drank our "coffee" while chatting. No looks, no angry people yelling at us. No MDA showed for signatures. Was a nice morning.

My favorite dating site, Moms Demand Action, was a complete no show? We got 6 people in the middle of the week in the middle of the work day?

So she is posting non-events to show politicians how "active" they are?
