      Is this safe?

OP, did you hit what you were aiming at, and leave a round hole in it when you shot those?

I need help.. I keep buying Beretta pistols..

I saw and handled an Inox 92 Compact Type M today at Top Shot Armory just outside of South Bend. It has black controls and a factory box. Unfortunately, it does not have the factory grips, and is instead wearing a set of Pachmayrs that don't fit right. They were asking $895. It's the first...

      Interesting Revolver Behavior?

This is why I always leave the rebound spring alone when I work on a Smith revolver. I've tried lighter ones and hated the feel, plus the risk of failure to fully reset. With stock springs, it takes quite a bit of effort to short stroke the gun, even intentionally. They really push the trigger...

      9mm carbine wisdom

It's not about the recoil...at least not completely. No, the recoil of a blowback gun is not at all unmanageable. But it's much higher than it needs to be due to the heavy bolt required to cope with the 9mm in a straight blowback system. All that mass travelling back and forth creates bounce...

      9mm carbine wisdom

Find something that's not straight blowback.

Anybody interested in having a thumb safety added to a P320?

That's nice clean work! I'm not a M/S guy myself, but if I hear of anybody looking to modify their P320 to accommodate one, I'll send them your way. It's great to see shops doing this kind of work!

      ☆ New Springfield 1911 TRP

They've been doing that for a while now. My "Loaded" is at least 5 years old, and has the smaller lettering on the slide. I much prefer the aesthetics to the older "billboard" thing they used to do.

      Single Stage/Turret/Progressive

Agree 100%. I like having the capability and flexibility to load it myself, even if I'm not actively using it. I actually prefer to load all my own ammo, unfortunately we're getting to a point where it just doesn't make a lot of sense for 9mm. I really wish the market would get over this...

      ☆ Taurus TH10 10mm ?

Here's another video where the gun seems to have done quite well. This guy can shoot, too, which is nice for establishing the accuracy potential of the gun. He didn't shoot any really extra-heavy hard-cast stuff, but up to 200gr he was problem-free, even with the weird double-projectile stuff...

Small Pistol Primer .45 brass is annoying!

This is where the design of the Hornady LNL really shines compared to the Dillon presses. Yanking a case off the shellplate is straightforward, and it won't dump a primer if you pass an empty shellplate slot through the priming station, either. Hitting a SPP case when you're loading LPP is still...

      Single Stage/Turret/Progressive

Yeah I'm getting low on 9mm components and am debating about just ordering a couple of cases of loaded ammo instead of more bullets when I run out. With the cost of primers these days, it hardly makes sense to "waste" them on 9mm when I could be sticking them in .38s or .357s.

Carry at the Air Force National Museum in Dayton, OH.

I was in Pensacola on Tuesday and we went on base to visit the Naval Air Museum and try to see the Blue Angels practice. The museum and flight line are on the base proper, so no gun, not even in the car. We had a good time and nobody tried to kill us. The only regret is that the Blue Angels...

Carry at the Air Force National Museum in Dayton, OH.

To each their own. I get it...I feel naked without a gun and hate going places without it. But it's a very safe environment, and you'd be missing out on a cool experience. Plus, if it's safe enough for my family to go without me, it's safe enough for me to go with them unarmed. If something did...

Carry at the Air Force National Museum in Dayton, OH.

As others have said, carry is a no-go there. They have clearly posted signs and metal detectors, plus it's a federal building. Don't carry there. But have a great trip...it's an awesome museum!

Is the CMMG rotary delayed system worth it?

I hear ya. If I ever get around to doing an SBR build, I'm going to source a lower from a company with a solid reputation and vet it well. I've had pretty good luck overall with cheap Anderson lowers, which are typically the easiest to find locally. But I've also had a couple with some minor...
