      Fair enough

      New AR Tier Chart

KAK has one that has some interesting features: dual ejectors, downward facing vents, sand cuts, probably some special finish. I like some of KAK's other offerings, particularly their handguards. I haven't pulled the trigger on their bcg yet.

How do you all Roll with NFA Items???

It is lame that any range would demand to see paperwork for NFA stuff but I also find it a bit funny that people will go to the trouble of filling out forms, submit fingerprints, go through background check, then refuse to show them at a range. I suspect most that ask to see them wouldn't even...

      Somewhat embarrassing …

Sparrows are great cans. You're going to love it.

Vito Whisper solvent traps & other "legal" machinegun parts?

No, paperwork isn't difficult if you know what you're doing. The stakes are high with NFA stuff though, so dealing with known and trusted experts minimizes the risks of mistakes.

Convicted For Building Guns; Judge says, “Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom”

It reaches this point every day. The headline never reads "Fed Up Law Abiding Citizen Forcefully Resists Tyrannical Overreach". Headline reads "Man Shot in Confrontation with Police, Motive Unclear".

Probably a dumb question in regards to handgun foregrips.

If you can have a integrated silencer on a muzzleloader, a fore grip on a cap and ball pistol seems like fair play.

That's pretty much it, although I don't use tape on my barrel threads. I think rugged specs white lithium grease for the piston.

      Gecko45, is that you?

      1917 Enfield maybe unfired

Shoot it! If for no other reason than to exercise the gaskets! Pics? Sounds like a cool piece.

Shoots like a dream! My favorite right now. The thermal fit is a great system. A little bit of antisieze and heat it up. There is no (and I mean no) play between the barrel extension and upper receiver threads, unlike the regular fit uppers. No need to bed the barrel (like some feel the...

      Newbie questions

Get a collet puller. You can get collets for all the calibers you'll be loading. Very useful and not very expensive. Being able to break down loaded ammo is very handy!

To do list for obtaining NFA device.

Yes. An Amazon search will yield many results.
