      They can legally search a car on school grounds but this is a clear case where they went WAY to far.       Most shops will be happy to do the transfer for you. It's easy money for them. They send out a fax, receive the gun and you fill out a few forms and they make some quick easy cash.

      SIG Quality

      I agree the quality of the new Sigs are not what they use to be. Sig has had some quality control issues over the last few years. I have several and have been fortunate to not have an issue with my Sigs. If you go German, Go H&K. Always great quality.

      Police Dog mauls bystander

      I agree it should be put down. I have seen the department I worked for retire a dog because it could not be controlled. They are a huge liability. The department is going to have to get out the check book.
