      I don't understand the reason to read the repealed parts. The repealed sections no longer apply. I would rather the focus be on what is active now. Reading the repealed parts muddies the water.

      Water I thought about that but also fewer people are on the wells now too. I am thinking those water levels may be better in some places. I was more concerned some Gov. regulation might get in the way.

      powdered milk I have been useing powdered for some time now. add vanila extract makes it much more palitable. Dosn't hurt cerial flavor either.
