      Well I think they're awesome. I love the history, I love the slow pace of shooting, the simple engineering, and the challenge of learning the ladder sight. I bought my Pedersoli 1874 off a member here, maybe he'll pop in the chat. He is a wealth of knowledge about the .45-70!

      I gave up on NPR when I, as a casual news observer, could clearly hear liberal bias in their reporting. And, my life got a lot better when I quit listening to an hour of news every day!

      That was super cool! I mean, I wouldn't have traveled for it either but I'm glad I got done with work in time to get home. Now I'm enjoying watching the traffic filter on Google maps slowly turn red around the city...

      It's called Loading the Black Powder Rifle Cartridge, by Paul A. Matthews. I'll probably never reload, I spend most of my time working on my trucks.

      I have a book on loading for black powder if you want it! I took mine to bass and bucks in Wabash to shoot, which was a long way to find out the barrel was leaded up and needed a deep clean!
