    My earliest memory of a firearm was my father's Winchester 1887 propped up behind his bedroom door -ready to protect. As a teenager I enjoyed shooting his H&R Leatherneck 22. When I moved out into an apartment I made the decision to get my first handgun (S&W 38 Special Revolver) for personal protection. Now I enjoy learning about and shooting a variety of firearms. In 2015 I have a goal of getting certified as an NRA instructor in basic pistol, shotgun and rifle and become certified as a range officer. I am a member of The Well Armed Woman.
