      Illinois Woman Dies After Catching Fire in Surgery

      I recall reading a story a few days ago about a man who was seriously injured under similar circumstances. Apparently, he passed gas mid-surgery, and something ignited the methane. I wouldn't be surprised if they withheld such information in this case, seeing as the person in question was a woman.
