Tease here. Bought a sale boneless half ribeye from Kroger today. $63 for a hair over 7#. Gonna cut into 1.25" steaks tomorrow and sear on the Blackstone with all the butter. Extremely nice marbling for the price. I've seen a lot of USDA Prime that didn't look this good
No gas grills for me. I have a 36" Blackstone, propane stick burner smoker and a Weber 22" kettle charcoal. I can cook anything I need/want with 1 of those 3. Sometimes I'll use a combo of 2 of the 3 on the same meat. Like big thick ribeyes. I'll smoke them at 170* till they reach 110 then...
Doesn't bother me one bit if they went under. I was never going to be a customer. When a US company starts asking a $1k or more for an AK, then I look elsewhere. As in imports. And honestly, if the US made AK in question is just a couple hundred within the price of an import, I'm buying the import
