      Staccato CS

My vote is for the CS. I bought one last year. Through an error in judgment, I sold it in January and have been regretting it. I actually shot it better than my 1911's - I think the straight trigger was the key. I plan to get another one a little later this year. My plan is to carry it. Next...

      Firearm cleaning

I have a couple - made by Tekmat. I think I got them off Amazon for not a lot of money. I mainly shoot handguns and clean every 500 or so rounds. I found the mats to be reasonably absorbent - but then again I'm not slinging a lot of oil/solvent around. I like them. Haven't had to clean one yet...

How to get good deals on new firearms?

Within a 30 minute drive from me, I've seen transfer fees of $100, $45 and $30.

Is staccato worth the wait / price? You damn right!

When Staccato came out with the CS, I was puzzled that they would use a 3.5" barrel. For most AIWB carry one would need a longer holster, negating the advantage of a shorter barrel. Plus diminished shoot ability and perhaps having to use carry ammo designed for shorter barrels. Now we have the...

Is staccato worth the wait / price? You damn right!

I thought the new C has an aluminum frame option only. Or have you found an aftermarket steel frame?

Is staccato worth the wait / price? You damn right!

Congrats! They are wonderful guns. Last year I bought one if the little brothers - the CS. That was a terrific gun. Best shooting gun I had - yes "had". I sold it last month to a fellow INGOer and have been kicking myself. I am saving up to buy another one - either a CS or the new C. The...
