I love my 1791 Gunleather holster for my Glock 19. It's fairly new, broken in, but it has that stiffness I love about all leather products. Any of the OP's sarcasm aside:
I do carry a S&W 642...quite often actually. I carry +P ammo, but in all honesty, as essentially a point blank gun, I don't get too caught up over the issue.
Mrs. Raskolnikov and I are slowly watching "The Staircase" on Netflix, which is a legal documentary series. If you geek out on the legal process,or lengthy criminal trials, check it out!
...don't spoil it for me if you've watched it.
I never liked ankle carry. I have an ankle holster around here somewhere just in case....think it's a Desantis. I never liked it. The firearm printed something terrible, and it never felt secure. My training taught me to pull from various points on the waist. I don't like the motion of having...
I make a habit of calling the state police agency of places where I want clarification. Surprisingly, I had a nice conversation with the Illinois State Police. The trooper with whom I spoke gave me an overview on the laws and some scenarios that affect the laws.
Doesn't being pro-freedom mean allowing others to make decisions for themselves? I'm anti-Satan, but if one wants to be a part of the Church of Satan, I don't believe he should be legally prevented from doing so. It's not a good thing to be a burnout. A minority of marijuana...
This situation is intriguing. I’ve wanted to do a driving trip to Canada for quite some time, but I don’t want to be without my gun Willie in the US. I did some research, and I’ve yet to find anything that definitively states that the Canucks will store a pistol for you. This website says...
I don’t buy the gateway drug argument. The only reason it’s considered a gateway is because of its illegality. There’s nothing about THC itself that makes one crave harder drugs. Having fun doing things that are forbidden lead to doing other things that are forbidden.
Using the plant to...
Why would he keep that to himself? It's a multi-billion dollar per year industry. Indiana stands to make huge profits from it. Plus, more and more Hoosiers are supporting legalization. It will fly here, and it's coming sooner than you think. I think our current governor will get behind...
Good point. My thoughts is they'd just turn over enforcement to local governments, kind of like they do with a lot of welfare fraud cases.
If they did this, it wouldn't have much impact on Indiana, since we're pioneers in gun confiscation laws.
^^YES!^^
Touche....
I'd like to see Jim...
I’m not clear on how the feds would even enforce this to begin with. They can’t even enforce the laws we already have on the books. They’d never clog up federal courts with due process hearings when a local court could do it.
I’ve written to him three times and called once. His staffer that Sen. Braun is “committed to the Second Amendment.” I told him he’s going to have to prove that through action if he wants my vote again.
Might as well call again today.
Sorry if I put you out reading my post. Must have been exhausting.
I did search it, but found nothing about the topic. I wasn’t aware of the thread on Guy‘s show.
