This was my point also in asking the question. It can be confusing. I looked for AG opinions and case law and could not find anything. However, because of IC 35-47-2-21 and what it states, I will be going CC when I come up over the holidays. I'm not ready to be a test case:D.

Here in Alabama we are an open carry state and I have been OCing for about a year now.
