      Thanks a lot for all the comments guys I like getting different ideas. I agree financial freedom is a must. We are working towards that now. There are a lot of things to look at think I will start with some basics like food and water, and grow from there.

      Before the start of 2013 I was looking at the relationship between farm land values and gold and it looked though gold either needed to go up significantly or land values were way over inflated.       I have bought a second ar because it was to good of deal to pass up, 5 boxes of 223, 3 boxes of 45, and 2 boxes of 38 special.. I kind of hoard ammo so usually buy a box or two a week.

      Marlin 1894cp in .357

      The Rossi shoots nice in the 357 but I think it is a pain to load. Have always been a fan of the Marlin.
