      He does pay wheel tax. He fraudulently registers his vehicles at his old address, property he sold years ago. He also commits voter fraud by continuing to use the address as his voting residence.

      Is the fee worth knowing that at least she can get the car towed, tire changed, door opened when locked out, ect while you are gone? For me, yes. Like stated above you are purchasing peace of mind. You can try to teach your wife the basics like changing a tire, for me it is easier to teach...

      How long before an officer runs the plate of a car he is behind, gets the owner information, runs the owner of the vehicle and finds out he has a LTCH, pulls the car over for what ever stopping violation he can come up with and demands the driver hand over his firearm to run it.

      The difference between what Avon is doing verse the other city is that Avon requires it if you take action to have an alarm installed that rings to the fire department. If you choose not to have an alarm you are not forced to place a knox box on your property.
