Last nights State of the Union speech...

He mentioned Reagan in his speech and wants to make more jobs. the problem is that the Reaganomics don't match with his view of jobs. The Government CANT create jobs. they can simply make an environment that is suitable for the private sector to flourish. and the only way to do that is to get...

      1851 colt navy revolver

I know this is kind of a dead post but I figured I would give an update for my 1851 colt navy repro revolver. I decided to make it a tribute to one of my childhood western hero's. Wild Bill Hickok. The gun now has an aces and eights theme and has turned out well. I still have a lot more...

What do you carry? (What would you like to carry)

When I lived in Indy I carried a Px4 .40 but now that I have moved to Chicago my selection of carry weapons has been greatly depleted. I have to choose from one of the following to protect me when I enter bad neighborhoods.

Beretta px-4 can it be carried locked and cocked

I have this gun and before I moved to the peoples republic of Chicago I carried it all the time. If you have the F model like myself you dont need to carry it cocked. Its first pull is double action. just leave the safety off, pull it out, and start squeezing. make sure to practice it that way...

First AR build is finally done....

is an AR build ever actually done??? You still need a scope with a eotech slanted off the side, a bipod, a front grip, 10 different uppers (one chambered in 50 bmg and the TAC 15 Crossbow), a silencer, a grenade launcher, a chainsaw, and a laser guidence system for the nukes lol. I have had...

Turn your pistol brass in JHP???

I have a family member who used to make rounds like this back in the 80's. although he would make "special" versions for fun. His personal favorite was a home made hollow point with a deep hole, then filled with mercury and capped with wax. he said the damn things would chop a tree tree down...

      1851 colt navy revolver

lol sure. I will ruin anyone's gun for free. I have no idea how I am going to engrave the steel part with my little chisel though. side note: anyone ever had trouble with the #11 primers being to big for the nipples? do 209 primers work on these guns? or maybe just go get some #10s?

      1851 colt navy revolver

So this weekend I made it down to Indy to see a friend and we went to a gun shop and I saw the coolest gun ever made (impulse buys always start with that). Its a replica of a 1851 colt navy revolver. I have never played with a cap and ball revolver, but for 200$ I was more then willing to...
