      Gun safe recommendations

For what it's worth, I am a big fan of Browning's line with the in door storage and the adjustable shelves (Prosteel out of Utah). I spent more than I wanted for a larger one than I needed and I'm glad I did. Indiana Gun Club in Fortville is a Browning dealer and has some on display. They did...

      Black powder and NFA question.

Excellent answer AMA, and it beats the hell out of what I had to add. My understanding is that a muzzle loader is not a firearm and therefore not subject to NFA rules. This is confirmed by the fact you can have a current day muzzle loading rifle mailed directly to your door ( this excludes the...

AR Pistol - Sig Brace or better alternative

I own several stamped SBRs as well as a pistol lower with a Shockwave Blade. While the blade is not nearly as good as a true stock, it is worlds better than the Sig offerings and allows for easy interstate movement.

Favorite 30 cal can that is user serviceable

I have been really happy with my 30 cal YHM ULT. It is my do all rifle can for .308, 300BO, and .556. It is significantly lighter than the steel cans and can be had for a reasonable price if you look around. .30 Cal. Ultra Light Tactical

      New CCW today

I carry a S&W M&P 340 daily and was hard charging about carrying fully house .357 at first, but that didn't last long for me. Each shot felt like hitting a steel pole with an aluminum baseball bat. I quickly switched to the 135 grain .38 +P Gold Dots and have been happy every since. The other...

      e-form 1

I can't speak to why it would disappear from your account, but you won't receive a stamp in the mail. E filed stamps will come to you in an email or be downloaded from the ATF site. Then you can print the stamp out to have on hand. It doesn't have the same "feel" as a paper submitted stamp...

      O/U SBS in progress

I'm no expert, but have been told that the ATF are not Trust Lawyers. They are not going to go over your Trust with a fine toothed comb. I have submitted several Form 1s with the same Trust .pdf and have never had any issues. I do make sure my original paperwork is up to date. I wouldn't...
